[ a living silence, dept. ]

Living in peace simply arises in resting in the ground of silence behind any and all passing experience.
In aware living, in resting totally here and now in quietude and gratitude, one allows the body and mind ie the supposed ‘person’, to be emptied of all the subtle and gross resistances that disturb the peace of this moment.
There’s a constant letting go in letting be. A lovingly open watching of all passing self-centered and conditioned reactions, including the supposed ‘problems of my day’ that the mind produces when it’s contrived psychological fears and desires become ‘my beliefs’. There’s a wonderful ease in being when ‘my’ churning reacting, angst and anger is allowed space to rest..to take a nap, yes 🙂
Indeed, the ground of all apparent existence rests in infinite silence. There’s a profound unknowing, a belief-free lightness in being the silence. In that deep knowing of one’s nature lies the truth of being that ultimate reality that’s inconceiveable by mind.
One rests in a profound and infinite peace, love and joy without opposites that’s beyond all that happens to come and go in one’s daily body/mind opositional experience; all that appears and disappears in and as the silent awareness one is.
That’s transformation beyond belief; that’s the beauty of it all. 🙂
