[ an unoccupied mind, dept. ]
An unoccupied mind is fear free; free of the burden of conditioned belief, of habitual repetition, of conflicting opinion. Free of personal knowing or needing to know; free not to be consumed with the stored past and future planning for what’s next. Free to simply and directly look and listen now, and to rest in an ample and sufficient peace. Free to see what is, as is, freshly, fully, factually, presently, and to act from there intelligently, with wonder and delight in the real beauty of it all, yes 🙂
