AWARENESS: A KNOWERLESS KNOWING.
That which one is, is ‘known’ without a knower; indeed, nothing that’s worded, sensed as ‘known,’ is real. Experiencing is wordless; it’s only known as a ‘knowing’, as awareness, that’s aware only of itself. One may, in aging, loose their memory, not their unborn self nature; that cannot be lost. That which one is – peace, beauty, love, joy is unfindable, unknowable, by the mind, the person. Still, what one is, abides. Experiencing is a passing body/mind mode of awareness which does not pass. aka love. There’s nothing to do but to be. Stay in touch deeply, in alert, choiceless awareness, and be well. 🙂
~ In normal aware living, there’s a gentle quieting – usually first of the mind and then of the body; there’s a plain observing and delighting in, what is, as it is. That which is ‘watching’ is the changeless constant – awareness; the comings and goings are the flow of consciousness, so to speak.
Awareness includes consciousness. Over time in aware living, the waves of conflict in consciousness (sensations and vibrations) settle down more and more into the ocean of awareness. Love. The apparent ‘two’ dissolve into one non-duality and a spacious, non-personal freedom and peacefulness remains as the still, silent ground for all the body/mind’s activities in daily living.
