“Find your match In a worthy love”

The poet Chandidas, quoted above, expressed what the likes of Degas, Shakespeare, Krishnamurti, and Longchenpa, as well as legions of artists, musicians, writers, designers, builders, and everyday domestic luminaries have said about this love we all share and actually are. It’s the same love wherever and however we delicately attempt to describe it:
a universal joy in life,
a grace in living,
a beauty in wonder,
a peace in being.
Perhaps the whole ‘match’ is Love, loving; we may find it is not a matching of a few, but a melding of many, into One.
*’Tis grace that knocks,
sets a lovely tray
of peace and plenty
at our door,
every day.
*”So stay here, you lucky people,
Let go and be happy in the natural state.
Let your complicated life and everyday confusion alone
And out of quietude, doing nothing, watch the nature of mind.”
~Longchenpa
* “Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken.”
~ Shakespeare
*”Beauty is when you are not.”
~ J Krishnamurti
In other words, that which is seeing beauty is beauty; that which is loving it is love; that which is delighting in knowing this, is joy. That whole which one is, is peace in being. There’s the wonder, yes.
Love, and be well. 🙂
