Finding peace in being peace.

In these particularily challenging times, it’s important to realize for ones self that all ‘experience’ is indeed, as Shakespeare noted centuries ago: “Much ado about nothing.” In fact, we’re called upon these days not to deny what is apparently seen, heard, thought and felt, but to realize it’s a transient mental/emotional fabrication conjured by beliefs based on insecurities that breed fear and desire, conflict and confusion, and all the suffering that the mind’s dualization of human experience is heir to.
In truth, we’re variously invited, pushed, pulled and prodded to let go, to drop all inner resistance to whatever seems to be happening; to move beyond the fleeting pleasure and lingering pain of conditioned body/mind ‘personalized’ reactions, aka ‘experience’. And to turn our attention toward one’s innate, inner stillness; to rest there, in the ultimate changeless reality of all that one actually, presently, is: aware being. Love. Peace. Beauty. Joy. 🙂
