From Where I Sit.
From where I sit,
surrounded and absorbed
there’s no centre,
no need to hold,
there’s nothing but beauty
in freely beholding
in simply being all that’s seeing,
all that’s smelling green tea,
that’s tasting marmalade
on morning crackers,
that’s gently watching
flooding window light,
flowing wind whispers
inspiring the curtains,
simply as peace
quietly loving
wondering what this is,
content in knowing
only that I am
all that this is,
all that we are
and nothing less.
