In silence, there’s learning without discerning.

“When the mind is completely silent, it is whole, complete. It is not functioning in fragments – there is no division as silence and noise, being quiet and having a life of turmoil, this and that. In that state, in that quality of silence, there is no division whatsoever. In that silence, thought can never bring about fragmentation, but thought can function out of it.”
~ J Krishnamurti
* In unedited, unfiltered, unconditioned ‘no right/no wrong’ watching, there’s no acceptance, no rejection; there’s a great beauty and delight in “what is” exactly as it apparently is, in the natural quietude of everyday life. Life as it is – unknown.
Find a quiet place inside, sip a cuppa, sniff the air and savor this moment as it presents. No control. No controller. Let the mind run unattended a little, look around, relax and enjoy your beautiful self-nature: let things and thoughts be exactly as they appear. Let them come, let them go. No blame, no blamer.
In aware living, there’s a seeing of nonpersonal facts; there’s a somewhat clumsy and sometimes graceful flowing like a leaf in a pond; there’s an aware response to facts that change like the wind, and the flow can seem bumpy with fast rapids. There’s a loving watching, an ample awareness that’s in fidelity – with and as – reality. Out of inner harmony – with no selfie! – everyday wonder and delight arises, yes 🙂
