Knowing that one is, is not an experience.

~ In representative words, Reality can be described as ‘It’s All One – all at once, here and now.’ That said, it may be helpful in deepening one’s understanding to seemingly separate this wholeness by distinguishing ‘Experience’ from ‘Awareness’ thusly: Finite, body/mind, space/time experience requires an experiencer; awareness is a centerless, timeless infinity aware only of itself. Paradoxically, the two are one.
In truth, one lives in paradox. 🙂
Reality is not an experience; it lies in seeing thru and totally beyond all body/mind activity that presents, via cultured conditioning, as ‘reality’. A faux reality which is, like ego, a bundle of beliefs, fears and desires – all in the mind. In directly seeing that there is a primal, noumenal awareness of all phenomenal happenings – one sees clearly that that knowing is what one is. Awareness, aka. God, Brahman, etc is that changeless alert ‘knowing’ of all that passes in sensational, ‘personal’, labeled experience. In sum, Awareness is an unlimited knowing; it is not a limited experience. Ditto love. 🙂
