Love takes care of itself.

It seems most, if not all, organized religious practices serve up peace and salvation as a balm, an easement for worries and regrets conceptually produced and believed by the conditioned head/heart. They mostly seem to provide the ‘spiritual’ ego with something(s) to do, to become, to attain…all fine in terms of the consolation and easing of suffering – indeed, whatever is actually happening here and now is good – it’s nothing but love. 🙂
And, out of all this it seems there’s a growing movement – a turning directly toward the sun, an ardent recognition of the essential need for the wholeness of self-knowing, for direct awareness of non-personal being. While all the main religions have a few earnest and driven seekers going beyond rituals, words, thought and time…most of humanity remains imprisoned by personal and collective beliefs-about-reality.
Still, reality – what is – insists on fidelity; it can only be delayed not denied; its a stern teacher that refuses to alter itself despite our insistent plans, pleadings and demands that it be other than what it is. When we’re out of alignment with reality, that’s when we suffer.
All suffering points, pushes and propels us like love, day and night; it redirects a few tired, ‘wandering and wondering’ humans to turn away from all outside authority and to lovingly see wherein real peace lies: self-knowing.
In that knowing alone lies innate delight and beauty.
All that grace is the immense movement of spirit, of love.
Love is unrelenting in healing and restoring itself, yes. 🙂
