* Absorbed in our daily reading and thinking, it seems we often turn our back on reality – the ‘heaven that lies around us’, yes π
* A life lived in pattern without rhythm is mere repetition.
* Reality, aka, life, isnβt limited by personal thoughts and feelings we have about it. When we believe them, we personalize experience, we define and defile with our conditioned beliefs, fears and desires. Reality itself is vital, undisturbed, peaceful; it has no argument, does not contend. That’s love for you. π
* Life and the aware living of it is like walking a forest trail with open eyes, open senses, open attention. It’s full of bright and dark passages with abundant surprises, always revealing something new in itself, to itself. We see from a wholesome distance and intimately up close that all of nature adorns itself – adores itself in fact. Looked at with love and wonder, it never fails to astonish and delight. To deeply enjoy is to simply be aware now; to be fully alive to the real beauty of it all.
* The loving contemplation of one’s immediate experiencing here and now is the portal to living well and truly – to being happy, yes π
