SPIRIT ITSELF: The Isness of Being, The Suchness of Experiencing. (+Video)
When we’re at home – at peace – there’s a becalmed, non-conflicted, all inclusive beingness; there’s a resting in peace beyond – and including – all the mind’s conflicted attempts to believe its productions, and its identification as a ‘me’ that feels and hopes it has the ability to secure what it wants and avoid what it fears. This ‘me’ reacts from conditioning by reaching, grasping, holding and controlling life and the apparently ‘personalized’ living of it. Indeed, in ignoring one’s inner peace lies the long suffering story of mankind, yes.. 🙂
There is real peace beyond the suchness of the body/mind’s experience that comes and goes, ebbs and flows within the constant timeless purview of unattached, affectionately aware, being.
That divine stillness is what one effortlessly is already: love, joy, beauty and peace, and something one could call gratitude or wonder – the awareness of awareness itself.
In fine, all that one is, arises only in the complete and direct recognition of what one is not; in knowing the false as the false; in simply seeing beyond belief, not what one is, but that one is, spirit itself. 🙂
