THE FLOWERING OF BEAUTY.

From one’s born insecurities, we move out innocently into a world of objective life, into a ‘me’mory based assemblage called ‘me’ which is a doer/ doing relationship to experience. Enter the sorter, the sifter, the preferencer, the denier, the Person ‘who’ meets – and selectively greets and rejects 😉 experience every day. On rare occasions, one may deeply recognize that load of pretension, the fake, freighted, frightened ‘me’, and be driven to discover “what’s really going on here?” To move deeply into inner-knowing, and to draw a new, peaceful breath in fully, freshly meeting and celebrating the beauty of living life as it is – unknown and astonishing – in being it. In being love, loving. 🙂
~* Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer’s lease hath all too short a date;
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm’d;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance or nature’s changing course untrimm’d;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade,
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow’st;
Nor shall death brag thou wander’st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow’st:
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.
~ William Shakespeare, Sonnet 18
