THE JOY OF DISCOVERING NEVER ENDS.
In simple aware living, there’s a constant delight in wholeness as it presents itself in the particular, the immediate, the really small elemental arisings of living, of life happening only now: the touch of a pet’s paw, the clink of a cup, the sniffing of the ocean air tickling the nose, the soft hum of the kettle, the tummy gently girgling, the dancing light and shadow patterns playing across the flowers. There’s an alert pausing to appreciate, to sniff, sip, and savor the one and the many; to joyfully note here the real living beauty of life as it is, as it arises, here and now. To not know, or care to know, what’s next. To love richly, presently. There’s nothing to do, to be.
There’s no teacher, teaching, in the natural innocence of a child. Indeed, there’s no joy, love, peace and beauty in stored experience; memory is old, partial, fading. Experiencing and immediately letting go, is joy in present living. Being. 🙂
