Truth beyond words about it.
*Awareness is the One Light that is one’s pure being-nature. That infinite, formless oneness is ‘prismatically splintered’ so to say, in its manifestation into multiple expressions of finite form.
*Awareness is that living, loving presence one IS that’s aware of the mind-made ‘me’ – the observer, and ‘my world’- the observed. π
Words are useful in functions, in technology, and serve as beautiful pointers to beauty, peace, love, and joy, which are not words but facts. Facts, pointed out, give words their strength and charm, like: “I wandered lonely as a cloud.” There is great beauty in words well crafted, and literature has its delights, but all words are empty of reality; the word ‘authentic’ is not authentic, the word ‘glass’ does not hold water. Ah, but there is a personal delight in writing this rambling response here; so words do sugar and add their unique taste and tone to living, yes! π
Words that distract and distort facts also have a kind of macabre power to incite conditioned reactions in their believers. Words create stories ‘about’ life; for some, they may at best, serve as poignant reminders, but they cannot actually transport us beyond them to reality. To that which IS, to the peace of our nature which in fine, all mankind yearns for, albeit secretly perhaps.
In fact, word-walls serve as buffers; the history of man’s trials and tribulations, deceptions and imaginings, is evidence of the immense folly of words, believed. Mankind self-deceives and lives on yesterday’s worded ideas stored in memory – in a fragmented, preferred and denied kind of storage that produces the attitude of a ‘me’ from MEmory that suffers its mind-made passing pleasures and pains. In totally living in the past – in old bits of stored experience, mankind is never – rarely – in communion with and as, the present. The present is, in fact, all there is; words about it are perhaps pleasant, even inspiring, but there’s no substitute for the reality, for good wood, so to speak; for immediate, direct wordless, thoughtless and therefore fresh and current, living and vital, presence. Being. Love. π
