WHAT IS BEAUTY?

“Do you know what beauty is? You see a mountain, clear in the blue sky, covered with dazzling snow; a deep valley. That is, the great beauty of the mountain is so immense that you with all your problems, with your worries, with your desires and all the rest of it, for that single second, you are not. Beauty is when you are not.”

In other words, that which is seeing beauty is beauty; that which is loving it is love; that which is delighting in knowing this, is what one is – this pure alert awareness – wonderful, yes. 🙂
