WHO KNOWS WHAT REALITY IS?
All ‘I’ can say is there’s a knowing That I am, and a not knowing What I am. There’s no questions from the mind that remain useful to address; mind/brain is seen as conceptual, binary, symbolic re-renderings ‘about’ reality – words about words. Vaporware. It cannot know or ‘understand’ being a limited phenomenal event that passes, that conjures a believer ‘who’ believes, when in truth there is no such entity as a ‘person’ who knows.
There are attributes of this self-knowing one could call love, peace, beauty and joy in present awareness; as one Whole, these collectively are ‘what is’ and one can only contemplate and wonder and delight in this non-personal independent beingness of existence – that I am whatever this is. In fine, only awareness is aware; all else is illusion. Silence Is.
~ Meditation is not some thing that some one does; it is the living dynamic of effortlessly aware Being. Love, in reality. 🙂
